  依照作业要求和条件选用Y系列一般用处的全封闭自扇式冷鼠笼型三相异步电动机。

  小齿轮选用45钢,调质处理,硬度为250HBS;大齿轮选用45钢,调质处理,硬度为220HBS。两齿轮齿面硬度差为30HBS,契合软齿面传动的规划要求。
